Happy accidents, bittersweet romances, material absurdity and dreams gone hilarious. Chocolate truffles were invented by accident. The chef's original intent was to make pastry cream, but instead he invented ganache, a new creation that led to the invention of the delightful and unique chocolate truffle, like the ones made at Intrigue Chocolate Co. These artists explore the idea of ending up far from where they started but with delicious results. Curated by Syniva Whitney www.syniva.com
